TRAINING

Twins Communications aspires to deliver quality products to its customers through investment in its national in-house training infrastructure. We deliver accredited training across all aspects of the telecommunications spectrum.

Providing structured training to industry standard; developing bespoke courses; or delivering regulated training, we believe at Twins Communications we do it best. Our extensive and dedicated training team are able to deliver training across the UK in a variety of environments: On site, classroom or coaching as part of our Academy.

Twins Communications believe the best way to maintain and improve an efficient, mobile and nationwide workforce is through the intelligent use of IT.

Our core systems are created in-house by our agile development team so they can cater exactly to the needs of our workforce, management and clients. These range from route scheduling tools and project specific workforce management systems, to management level dashboards ensuring the necessary information is always at the fingertips of those who need it.

Our systems are hosted in ‘the cloud’ via ISO27001 accredited premises which, along with safety innovations such as Toolbox Training, Near Miss reporting and DriveSafe apps, means our workforce are always able to get the job done safely, efficiently and on time, anywhere in the country.
